Sea Dreams 

This series expresses a personal narrative either from dreams I've had, from past experiences, lessons I’ve learned or from day to day thoughts that arise. Water is a metaphor for the emotion and how it is portrayed through varying brush strokes, movement, colour and tone is the particular feeling or experience that I am trying to convey, often giving a clue in the title. I mainly work with a cool palette which I am drawn to not only for its reference to water and emotion but also for it’s calming effects.
